DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this program is to provide resources and services that improve mental health outcomes for children and youth, birth through age 21, at risk for or with serious emotional disturbances, and their families.
ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility is statutorily limited to states and territories; governmental units within political sub-divisions of states (e.g., counties); and federally recognized American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) tribes and tribal organizations.
